High Precision Thickness Measurement Systems

We are offering a large range of customized systems for the thickness and profile measurement of calendared, extruded, rolled, milled or casted materials.

Our systems are measuring thickness, coating thickness, film- or layer thickness, cross section profiles and 360° profiles. According to demand they are automatically controlling  manufacturing processes, are analysing all product-related data and are communicating via ethernet or databus interfaces with the company's own peripheral systems.

We are finding practical solutions for extreme application surroundings as there are narrowness, heat, dirt, dust or innovative material as ceramics or others – and this are on are only some of the demands to follow. In dangerous areas, i.e. explosion areas, we are also measuring non-contact.
