Up to 1000°C

QSign 700 is designed for material temperatures up to 1000°C.

Especially at critical materials like burning hot coils, bars and sheets QSign 700 has been approved since many years.

No occlusion

Due to the special construction of the lettering head an occlusion of the nozzles is impossible. This enables an equipment availability up to 98%.

Short lettering time Another advantage of the robot controlled marking system QSign 700 is the extremely short lettering time. With a lettering speed of app. 500 mm/s the complete marking is finished in 2 seconds. For the lettering individual marks in a point-matrix, with an adjustable size, are available.

Easy operating

Due to the simple menue structure, the operating is very comfortable and easy. All required parameters will be entered in generic entries, including the design of the letters and the timing parameters of the lettering.

Error messages will be displayed as plain text at the display and sent to the plc. This ensures a safe and reliable lettering.
