The system

Nowadays in the real estate section insulation materials of different thicknesses are standard for fire protection and insulation purposes.

Our solution for an economical production of high quality insulation plates and tube shells is the 3D-universal measuring table QScan 1004.

Digital special lasers, protected against dust, are measuring contact free and three dimensional the milled plate material with a scan rate of 10kHz and a measurement accuracy of 0,1 mm. By that a high measuring stability is guaranteed.

QScan 1004 is finishing the following tasks fully automatic:

  • measuring of the side profiles of milled plates at several points as well as the outer and inner contour of tube shells
  • contact free thickness measuring of milled plates
  • length measuring of milled plates
  • documentation of total length and check of square of milled plates
  • measuring of inner and outer diameter of tube shells
  • survey of length of tube shells
  • monitoring of the settings at the milling machine
  • The values measured are individually analysed in a special map. Single position values of the profile graphic can be tagged and the appendant thickness values can be recorded for comparison with other points.
A customer specific figuration of the map is possible.
