Range of use

The inner lubrication of tubes and shafts is an important part of the production. Fast, flexible and cost saving QLub carries out this task. Thereby different tubes with different lengths can be lubricated with just one system.

The system

The lubrication system consists of a robustly bench with rotating roller receptacles for the tubes and an automatic movable lubrication spray jet. The lubrication spray jet moves into the tube while the grease is drizzled inside the tube regularly.

Besides the comfortable handling and operating the system shows a short processing time of app. 10 – 20 seconds, depending on the length of the tubes.

Protective gratings and security light barriers are ensuring a safe operating lubrication.
